Since joining Commercial Property Associates in 1992, Nicolas has been involved in numerous real estate transactions, covering a diverse array of disciplines. These transactions have included property representation, national tenant representation assignments throughout the State of Wisconsin, lease termination assistance, and evaluation and consultation services. In 1999, Nicolas obtained his prestigious CCIM designation. This exclusive designation is awarded to a limited number of candidates that successfully complete a graduate level curriculum of commercial real estate related courses. He joined Commercial Property Associates in 1994 after receiving his Bachelors in Business Administration from Wisconsin Lutheran College. He is a native of Wauwatosa and currently resides in Shorewood. Tom graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Marquette University in 1984.
